Alfred takes its cue from the attentive butler: prepared, observant and ready to make people feel at ease. We bring that spirit to weddings, private celebrations and company gatherings in Madison and beyond.
Part of Lavender Haze Hospitality, Alfred combines creative drinks with the practical care that keeps an event moving. We start by listening: to what you enjoy, how you want the evening to feel and who will be joining you.
Cocktails, mocktails and shrubs all have a place in our story. Guests choosing a zero-proof drink should have something every bit as considered as the guests ordering a cocktail.

We help turn your preferences into a focused drinks menu, then think through the service: the guest count, the pace, the location and the supplies.
The plan is agreed before the event. Bartenders and tools form the starting point; ingredients, supplies and the setup are selected and quoted around what you need.
