You purchase and provide the alcohol, and Alfred provides the agreed bartending service. “Dry bar” describes how the alcohol is supplied; a fully alcohol-free event is our zero-proof offering. We do not operate a cash bar.

Bartenders and their tools. Ingredients, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, napkins, a physical bar and other supplies are separately arranged additions. Your proposal sets out the staffing, service hours and everything you have selected.

Only when a separately quoted bar rental has been selected. We can otherwise work with a suitable setup at your venue. You can also ask about booking Lavender Haze Mobile’s cold truck as a separate bartending setup, subject to availability and site requirements.

Yes, optional pickup can be arranged for a convenience fee agreed in advance. The alcohol remains client-provided. We’ll confirm the shopping and pickup arrangements with you before anything is purchased.

We plan staffing around the guest count, menu, service schedule and number of bar locations. Events above 75 guests typically need two bartenders; more complex menus or separate bar locations can change the plan. Your proposal confirms the team for your event.

Absolutely. We can create a fully alcohol-free drinks menu or offer zero-proof selections alongside cocktails. Both receive the same attention to flavor, presentation and service.

Yes. Share your favorite flavors, classics, dislikes and ideas. The libations menu is a starting point; we refine the selection for your event, the season and your preferences.
