View all01Can the whole event be zero-proof?
Absolutely. We can plan a completely alcohol-free bar, or give zero-proof drinks a thoughtful place beside your cocktails.
02Who provides the alcohol?
You purchase and provide the alcohol. Alfred is a dry-bar service: our starting service is bartenders and their tools. Optional alcohol pickup can be arranged for an agreed convenience fee.
03Do you bring a bar?
A physical bar is a separately quoted addition. We can use a suitable venue setup, or discuss a rental—including Lavender Haze Mobile’s Silver Truck.
04Can we make the drinks our own?
Yes. Tell us your favorite flavors, familiar classics and the occasion you have in mind. We’ll shape a focused selection around them.
05What exactly is a shrub?
A fruit-and-vinegar drinking syrup with sweetness and a bright tang. Try it with sparkling water, in a mocktail or as part of a cocktail.
